  • Top tips for tired skin:

Don’t forget to exfoliate!! It is sooo important to exfoliate your skin at least 2-3 times a week to prevent the build up of dead skin cells that cause skin to look and feel dull.

Drink plenty of water – hydration is the biggest factor in bright skin, drinking 2 litres of water a day will improve your health, help with weight management, and is great for your skin , hair and eyes.

Weekly face masks – Buy a mask that suits your skin type and consistently use it every week and you will see a difference. I use GlamGlow masks as they pull all oils out of my very oily skin!!

Plenty of sleep! – seems obvious but people don’t realise the value of a good sleep! , not only will it improve your health but it will prevent dark circles appearing under the  eye and stop skin from turning greyish in colour!

Buy a foundation suitable for your skin type – a lot of people will buy the latest foundation because its what everyone else uses ,but what they don’t realise is if its not suitable for your skin type (dry, oily, combination, normal) then its going to be no good at all! Foundation not suited to you won’t sit right on the skin therefore leaving the odd problem and not leaving it glowing!!

Get outside – Vitamin D has been proven to boost radiance in skin, we get our vitamin D from the Sun!

Hopefully this was of some use to you, if you have any questions list them below in a comment!
